John R. Grey, A.L.C., Broker - John, the youngest person to be licensed by the Florida Real Estate Commission, joined his father, James, at the family firm selling real estate in 1964. John graduated from Gulf High School, completed real estate courses at Tomlinson Adult Educational School, the University of FL, Real Estate Land Institute and continued his real estate education through numerous seminars and courses. He was awarded the Professional Designation of “Accredited Land Consultant #758” by the National Association of Realtors. John is an active member of many community organizations, nonprofit causes and professional associations. He was appointed by the Governor to serve as Pasco County Commissioner in 1983, served on the first Save Our Rivers Committee of SWFWMD, was appointed
the first lay-member of the FL Bar Association Grievance Committee – 6
th Judicial District, and served on the first Pasco County School System Advisory Board.
John and his wife Sharon have raised two daughters and live in New Port Richey.

Charles "Chuck" R. Grey, Broker - Chuck is a life-long resident of New Port Richey. He attended Pierce and Richey Elementary Schools in New Port Richey, and St. Petersburg Jr. College graduating with an Associate of Arts degree. Chuck entered the US Navy and attended Naval Intelligence School before being sent to active duty in South Vietnam. Returning to New Port Richey in 1972, he joined the family real estate firm. Chuck received extensive training in commercial investment real estate, becoming a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors. Chuck is deeply involved in the West Pasco community. He serves on a number of nonprofit boards and committees, has been a Rotary member for over 20 years, and is an active member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church. Chuck and his wife of 40 years, Cindy, have seven children, three biological and four adopted. Three of his sons are officers in the US Army and have served in Iraq and Afghanistan. Chuck is currently Vice President and Broker of F. I. Grey & Son, Inc.

Jeff Grey, Sales Associate - Jeff graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.A. in International Studies in 2004. Upon graduation he was commissioned into the U.S. Army and served in Iraq and Afghanistan. After returning home to Florida, Jeff joined his father, Chuck, and Uncle, John, at the family business, F. I. Grey & Son, Inc. Commercial Realtor. Jeff happily resides in New Port Richey with his wife, Monica, & their two daughters, Sophia and Carina.

Robert Upton, Sales Associate - Bob has over 25 years’ experience in the corporate and retail banking industry serving financial institutions in the Northeast and Florida. Bob’s experiences include credit evaluation and administration, management and disposition of troubled loans, portfolio due diligence and REO management and disposition. Bob is currently an independent contractor with F. I. Grey & Son selling bank owned REO for a number of banks in the state of Florida. Bob earned a Bachelor’s in Business & Finance from UMASS Amherst, attended the Corporate Lending School at Darden Graduate School of Business, University of Virginia and Income Property Financing School at Michigan State University, East Lansing.
