In 1999, F.I. Grey & Son, Inc was recognized are Business of the Year for Pasco County. We look forward to putting that reputation to work for you.

F.I. Grey & Son, Inc. was established in 1924, on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Its founder, Frank I. Grey, originally from Massachusetts, came to Florida at the turn of the century to pioneer Florida's west coast. He helped to found and establish what has now become The City of New Port Richey. His son, James Grey was the first male child born in New Port Richey.
As one of the founding fathers of New Port Richey he helped to develop a bustling community lead by many stars of the silent film era, the Hitchcock family, Gloria Swanson, Irving Berlin, Thomas Meghan and Masters Golf Champion, Gene Sarazan to name a few.
At the time, most of his endeavors involved land sales of homesites and acreage in the outlying areas of the county. After WWII, his sons, Jim and Bill entered the business and followed in Frank's footsteps, building the community while serving as mayors, councilmen and on numerous volunteer boards and service organizations.
James raised a family of six sons and two daughters. Two of the sons, John and Charles entered the business after finishing school and serving in the military. John, at the ripe old age of 19 was the youngest real estate licensee in the state of Florida. Charles joined the company in 1977 after his military service. Both have worked diligently to serve their industry throughout the state. In the process they have received numerous awards for such service.
